Where we reference a third-party trademark, we do so descriptively to identify the relevant product or service in a way that customers recognise — the doctrine known as “nominative fair use”.

We make every effort to use third-party marks correctly. If you believe we have referenced your mark improperly, please contact us at info@nivosync.com and we will respond within 5 business days.
Conversely, if you wish to reference the NivoSync wordmark or logomark in your own materials — for example as a customer of the Plugin describing the integration on your site — please (a) use the spelling “NivoSync” (one word, capital N and S); (b) do not modify the logomark; (c) do not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement that does not exist. Brand assets including the SVG logomark are available on request from info@nivosync.com.
