Dashboard gates
The NivoSync settings that decide what the addon's buttons do — and why a button you configured in Elementor may correctly render nothing.
Some addon controls look like they are not working. Usually they are working exactly as designed: the addon asks NivoSync before it renders a commercial button, and NivoSync said no.
This page is the lookup table for that.
The principle
The addon never decides on its own whether a shopper can buy. Every cart button, every choose-for-ring action and every consultation button checks the core's settings first and renders accordingly.
That is deliberate. It means switching the cart off in NivoSync switches it off everywhere — you do not have to remember which of your Elementor templates has an Add to cart widget on it.
The gates

What each button does under each gate
Setting Add to Cart (and the primary button of the Single Setting Panel):

Diagnosing "my button is missing"
Work down this list:
- Is the licence active? Without it, no addon widget renders anything. This is the most common cause and it also hides the widgets from the Elementor panel.
- Check System status in NivoSync → Elementor. Any red or amber dot explains most missing buttons immediately.
- Is it a cart button on a cart-off store? Then it is correct. Turn the cart on in NivoSync, or use the consultation button.
- Is it choose-for-ring with the Ring Builder off? Same answer — the button is there, it just opens the diamond page.
- Is there a diamond in the session? The panel's buy button changes shape depending on that. Walk the journey from the diamond step rather than opening the setting page directly.
